1. Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The return must be initiated within 5-7 days of the purchase date.
• Items ineligible for return include perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

1.3 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within  5 to 10 Working business days.

2. Cancellations:

2.1 Order Cancellation:

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer support  with your order number to initiate the cancellation process.
• If the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled, and you may be subject to our standard return policy.

2.2 Refunds for Cancellations:

• If your order is successfully canceled within the specified time frame, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7  Working business days.

3. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
